Messy Technique Art Samplings
Join Jill Haack in the studio at the Quinlan to sample some messy art techniques. Each week will be a different technique and art sampler. The wonderful thing is no mess at home. Be sure to wear old cloths and wear an apron.
Minimal Supplies needed. You can register for all sampling’s or just a few.
Week 1 September 20- Acrylic Pour - Supplies needed-a variety of canvas and boards.
Week 2 September 27- Acrylic Marbling - Supplies needed-a variety of canvas and boards and paper.
Week 3 October 4- Painting with Shaving cream - Supplies needed-a variety of watercolor paper
Week 4 -October 11 Exploring Working Large Scale - 1 large piece of mat board and binder clips
Week 5 October 18- Jackson Pollack Inspired -Supplies needed-a variety of canvas and boards.
Week 6 October 25- Using Rubbing Alcohol with watercolor and acrylic Paint - Supplies needed-a variety of canvas and boards or watercolor paper.

Jill Haack is an Artist and Art Instructor who loves spending time in her Garden Studio located in North Georgia. She loves nature, in the words of Vincent VanGogh, “If you love nature, you will find beauty everywhere.” Painting is her way to express her creative vision, and how she lives. She loves working with all kinds of media. She worked in Home and Garden Publishing for many years as an Art Director. After her children finished grade school she decided to pursue her love of art and teaching it! |
